- Start stroke a foot from nose of board
- Pull paddle toward board then along side of board - half paddle under board.
- Paddle strength only from dip in to feet
- Sink the Rail - more pressure on paddling side foot

Paddle as a fulcrum / lever
One Paddling Technique is to use the paddle as a lever.
